Health Care Professional Contracts

Health care professionals should seek legal counsel when entering into a contract with a practice entity, a health care institution or health insurance entity. Such contracts must not only comply with certain regulatory requirements but should also be analyzed to assure that they do not unreasonably limit or burden the health care professional. Written contracts are required in order to comply with CMS regulations.
