Employment Mediation

Mediation is now very common in the employment area. Many large companies in the Nashville area have internal dispute resolution processes that use mediation techniques. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission screens cases for mediation before an investigation begins. In most cases that are filed in state or federal court to resolve an employment dispute or discrimination claim, the parties will be required to engage in mediation. Irwin Venick is both an experienced employment law attorney and a Rule 31 mediator who can be employed to mediate employment disputes.
