Powers of Attorney

A power of attorney allows an individual to designate a person to act for him or her in the event he is not able to act for himself. It only has authority during the life of the executing individual. The effectiveness of the power of attroney may take effect immediately or only under the conditions where an individual cannot act for themselves.
